Workflow:
1. Call referring_domains for {domain} and select the best source domains by Domain Score, Harmonic Centrality, edge count, and topical fit.
2. For each selected sourceDomain, call list_backlink_evidence first to check saved evidence.
3. If saved evidence is missing or thin, call get_backlink_research_tasks for those sourceDomains.
4. Use the returned search queries with web/browser tools, open candidate pages, and verify an actual href to {domain}.
5. Save each confirmed link with save_backlink_evidence, including sourceUrl, sourceTitle, targetUrl, anchorText, surroundingText, and confidence.
